Tips for Operating the Vegetable Oil Extraction Machine
Before operation: Firstly, you must ensure that every part of oil expeller machine is well assembled. Secondly, it is necessary to remove all the foreign impurities for high quality oil. Last, start the oil expeller machine for about 5 minutes to check whether it can operate smoothly and add some lubricating oil if necessary.
Operating: Firstly, you should feed the material uniform velocity. Secondly, the thick of oil cake can not be ignored. If it is too thick, the oil crops will not be sufficiently used. On the contrary, if it is too thin, it will wear the machine deeply.
After operation: You should cleaning the barrel and gap, in order to the next successful operation.
FAQs of Edible Vegetable Oil Extraction Process
Problem: No oil or yield efficiency is too low.
Solution: This maybe because the cage bar is too tight, or oil discharge seam is blocked by oil scrapes. If the seed is too dry or too wet, or the oil content is too low, it also will cause the problem. According to different oil corps, you should adjust the tight extend of cage bar. What’s more, you have to control the pressure of barrel.
Problem:Screw shaft is jammed and the machine can not work well.
Solution:This maybe caused by barrel blocking, impurities or asymmetry feed. Before you operate the machine, you had better check the parts and heat the barrel. Once machine happen this situation, you must turn down the machine, and clean the inner part of machine.
Problem:There is some wrong of feeder.
Solution:If the surface of pressing boil is not smooth, you can choose the emery cloth to polish it. If cage bar is wear, you can replace it. And if there is too much water in the oil crops, you can change the material or dry the material.
Daily maintenance
1. Clean the machine timely. When you finish your work, you should keep the machine clean, including inner and outer.
2. Avoid the dust into machine, especially the lubrication part. When the feed come into machine, you must pick the impurities out.
3. Maintenance. If you don not use the machine for a long time, the complete maintenance is needed.
